    Pop-up box >>> In small print under the Sign in button there should be a "Forgot Password" text link.

    If there is not, and it's trying to automatically sign you in but you know it's not the right password, you will instead see a text link that says something like, "Is this not you..." and click on that to then have the sign-in box reappear that will have the "Forgot Password?" text link.

  • Prints and cards are currently available at these Alaskan locations: Lichen Gallery in Fairbanks, and in Anchorage at (AMH) Alaska Mountaineering & Hiking, Skinny Raven Sports (downtown), The Hoarding Marmot.

  • All artwork and designs are an authentic creation by Max Romey.

    Products made in North America (unless otherwise specified) by small businesses who value ethical production and quality product.

  • Max is not currently accepting watercolor commissions for personal use at this time. Please consider signing up for the Trailbound Sketches Newsletter. If and when Max chooses to open for commissions, email list members will be first notified of openings.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled. If this is delayed, you will be notified. If you require your order to ship sooner, please contact us.

  • All items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail from Anchorage, AK unless otherwise upgraded.

    Tracking is provided for each order.

    Costs are based on weight and location.

    Domestic (USPS First Class) and International (w/flat USPS rate)

    Incorrect Address:

    If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please contact us ASAP so we can make changes before it ships.

  • Alaska: 3-15 business days

    United States (lower 48): 7-20 business days

    International: 10-25 business days

    These delivery times are approximate and does not account for delays experienced due to weather or customs.

    If the delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, please contact us for next steps.

    We cannot replace missing, lost, or stolen items. To ensure a safe delivery, we strive to include tracking with each order.

  • Cancellations are only honored up to 24-hours after your purchase.

    Returns (for any reason), replacements, or exchanges are not accepted at this time.

    If an item is returned to due to an address issue, an “item only” refund will be issued and you’re welcome to reorder with the correct address.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All items are quality checked by Max personally before they are shipped.

    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us ASAP to discuss any potential issues.

    Since we are a small business, we unfortunately unable to replace missing, lost, or stolen items, or items damaged in shipping. However, we can find a resolution. Please contact us ASAP.

    We are unable to consider order issues beyond 30 days of order date.
