HEAD TO TOE - SEA TO SUMMIT
From Sea to Summit …
There are few people who have explored above the jagged peaks of Alaska's Seward Peninsula, as well as bellow the hidden waters that surround them. Mathieu Blanchard and Max King head to meet Denali Foldager where she grew up in Seward Alaska where they will attempt to explore one of the last true wild spots on earth, from the bottom of the bay to the top of Mt. Marathon. This story would connect that wide eyed exploration of something new, the way we engage with community and the importance of the wild places that still exist in this world.
Alaska is a place so big that it is not hard to feel like you are running through your imagination. This combined with the exploration of the hidden world below the surface of the waves
Heart & Soul
This is not just about a beautiful location. This trip would get at the environmental importance of appreciating our place in the world we live. It would do this will deep, personal and authentic stories with Denali, Mat and Max all wrapped up in an amazing location. A good example of the honest and emotional feel we would shoot for can be seen in the Yeti film “Denali’s Raven”
Between sea kayaking to a un run sea stack, running over glaciers, exploring rugged Alaskan beaches we will be able to get a huge variety or Salomon teck in epic locations.
Seward Alaska: A quirky small town literally at the end of the highway and smack dab in the middle of the most divers and wild Alaskan landscape you could imagine. The Seward peninsula is where jagged mountains, meat temperate rain forests, along side whale filled fjords and brimming salmon streams. It is a really, Really, REALLY cool place.
