Max is a student in Fairhaven College at Western Washington University, where he's been able to tailor his education towards documentary film production and utilize independent study opportunities to gain experience in the field. Max's passion for filmmaking is equalled only by his passion for running, which grew from running Alaskan trails in his hometown of Anchorage and has since evolved into a spot on the WWU Cross Country Team. With 3022 ft, Max has found the perfect combination of documentary storytelling, running culture and raw inspiration, and is excited to see how 3022 ft. encourages viewers to overcome the obstacles life places in front of them.
Some of Max's past work includes highlight videography for clubs, teams and organizations up and down the West coast, as well as working as a free-lance editor and cinematographer.
